The editorial board is responsible for setting standards and determining the scope of data sharing on ODC-TBI. The Editorial Board is open to all members of the pre-clinical TBI community. Editorial board members review studies before they are released to the public to ensure that their descriptions are clear and that their scope is relevant to the mission of the ODC-TBI. Visit the ODC-TBI public portal for examples of published data sets and the type of information to be reviewed. Editorial board members also have a voice in setting new data-sharing requirements as they evolve.
Each dataset published on ODC-TBI with a DOI undergoes a review for relevance, completeness and adherence to the FAIR principles. The process is collegial and meant to improve the quality of ODC-TBI data. Details of the review process can be found in our documentation.
